In this
initial one-day training, gain a thorough understanding of the history and
principles of Reiki healing, become attuned/initiated along with learning to
harness and direct this healing energy to people, animals, plants, and yourself
for the highest good. Includes book and manual.

is Reiki? And how do you explain it to friends and family?

history of Reiki and the different levels
o How
does Reiki work and what can it heal. Learn to give the Reiki “Boost”
o Learn
the 5 principles of Reiki and the 2 Spiritual Precepts
o An
introduction to the 7 chakras
